Article: Discussion of sports bras

"I need a good sports bra..."

Taken from a series of discussion thread posts on Runners World

QUESTION: "I need a GOOD sports bra. Im a 36DD and I've been wearing two sports bra's but I still get the bounce (not to mention the stares from guys as I run the track at my college gym, which is a little embarassing). One of my sports bra's somehow compresses my boobs into one giant boob. So I need a bra that will keeping the twins from bouncing and actually keep them as two! Thanks for the help ladies! "

Answerer 1: "I'm the same size, and I don't run without my Title Nine Frog bra."

Answerer 2: "I say it in every thread..Champion Dynamic Duo. 36D and it don't bounce AT ALL with this bra. It also keeps them well, um, defined. EDIT: So apparently Title Nine is the only one that calls it the "dynamic duo". Its actually the champion "distance" bra."

Answerer 3: "I've used the frog bra for a while. I have recently purchased an enell bra. Both do the same, however the frog bra is much cheaper! With the frog bra, you will have the uniboob."

Answerer 4: "I wear a "shock absorber" bra. I am a 34DD, and this is the only running bra that works for me. I get mine from figleaves.com, in a support level 4 (here's a link: http://www.figleaves.com/us/product.asp?product_id=BB-1...r10222-p11155-front). It's not pretty, but it's the only kind that I will wear now. And I used to be a triple bra"
